Seasonal Scavenger Hunt Spring
1 September - 30 November

Collect a scavenger hunt from Huia Lodge or print one at home. Use it to explore the park and discover some spring surprises.

This self-led activity is suitable for the young and young at heart. Take your time and find a new delight each time you visit the park or race your friends and whānau to see who can find them all the fastest.

The clues will lead you all around the park to different accessible locations. You will need to bring your own pen or pencil.

Collect a scavenger hunt from Huia Lodge Discovery Hub, open 7 days. Thursday- Tuesday 10am-4pm, Wednesdays 12-4pm.

Find the feast
Saturday 27 September to Sunday 11 October

Find the feast in our new park wide scavenger hunt! From māra kai to bustling market gardens, from wartime veggie patches to the park’s much-loved food spots today, you will uncover stories of innovation, community and the flavours that have shaped the park over time and fed generations of people.

Collect a limited-edition Cornwall Park trading card from Huia Lodge by counting all the mystery food objects hidden within the scavenger hunt trail.

Huia Lodge is open from Thursday- Tuesday 10am-4pm and Wednesday from 12-4pm
