The theme for this year's Auckland Heritage Festival is uncovering the secrets and stories from Tāmaki Makaurau’s past. Here at Cornwall Park, we have many untold stories to share with you, from tales of our founder Sir John to the World War II hospital grounds once located within the park…

Click through our online collection for small look into some of Cornwall Park's stories, and pop into Huia Lodge in Level 1 to see the exhibition in full and learn more about the park from our friendly staff.

Please note the building (Huia Lodge) holding the exhibition will be closed until Auckland moves into Alert Level 1. If you are in a group less than 10 people, please knock on the door and request to see the exhibition from September 11th onward. Small groups can be let in one at a time.
